How do I join the JEC Rewards programme?
Customers with a store account will automatically earn points for your purchases. Be sure to log in your account while making your purchases! If you don't have an account yet, create a store account now!

How can I redeem my points for e-vouchers?
Click into our loyalty widget on the right side of our webpage ("Check Rewards"). You may view how many points you have accumulated there and the rewards you are eligible for. You may redeem the rewards in the form of discount code and the discount code can be applied on the payment page during checkout.

Can I earn points through shopping at your retail store?
Absolutely! Just let us know your email or contact number. Our friendly staff at the counter will then assist you in your points registration.

What if I made a purchase but didn't sign up for an account?
Fret not! You may sign up for an account with the same email address. If the points are not automatically credited, simply email us with your order number and we will gladly assist you.
Can I earn points other than making an order?
Yes! There are lots of other ways to earn loyalty points with us!

You can earn points just by:
Signing up for an account in-store = 300 Baby Steps
Completing your profile = 100 Baby Steps
Liking us on Facebook/Instagram = 100 Baby Steps
Referring a friend = 300 Baby Steps
Birthday Treat = 500 Baby Steps (please fill in your D.O.B in our loyalty widget!)

T&Cs
- JEC Rewards is our new loyalty programme launched on 20th of June 2019, kindly note that points accumulation will only count towards purchases made from this date onwards.
- If the order amount has a decimal (e.g. $49.90), your points will be rounded down (i.e. $49.90 = 490 Baby Steps).
- Only one discount code can be used at a time.
-The discount code redeemed cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo codes.
- The discount code will expire within 90 days after date of redemption.
- Upon usage of points, each Baby Step is considered spent and will be deducted from your point balance.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be earned through direct purchases from Jump Eat Cry.
- Points are non-transferrable to another account.
- Points are not awarded for shipping costs and purchase of gift cards.
- Points are not awarded for items that are on sale.
- Points are not awarded for items that are on sale.
- Your birthday treat (500 baby steps) will automatically be added into your account on your actual birthday.
Note: Customers are required to have an active account for a minimum of 1 month before being eligible to earn Birthday Points.
- Jump Eat Cry reserves the rights to amend the terms from time to time without prior notice.
- Points will expiry after 6-months of inactivity
